Kate's Treatment: My friend Kate received a diagnosis of breast cancer in March. She has now successfully completed her first course of chemotherapy. She is such a trooper and Marla and I accompanied her and hubby on her last day of treatment. We had a lot of laughs and gossiped about celebrity smut, our favorite TV shows, and UK basketball. Kate's hubby Tim is now directly connected to Coach Calipari and since Marla and I are Kentucky girls...you can imagine we didn't stop drilling him with questions the first hour we were there.
She is doing great and I continue to pray it remains that way.
Her lawyer gave her these awesome boxing gloves to kick cancer right in the butt! Go girl!
